Roz
Roz builds AI workflows for audit and advisory teams. I was the first full-time employee and I am the only PM.
- Designed AI-assisted control testing around human review: confidence scoring, structured attribute checks, overrides, and an audit trail on every result. Auditors have to defend their conclusions, so a decision they can't inspect is a decision they can't use.
- Shipped Evidence Requests, the workflow auditors and their clients use to collect and track evidence. Defined the statuses, permissions, notification rules, and edge cases before engineering started.
- Traced inaccurate AI output to missing business context rather than model quality, and proposed contextual inputs and evidence mapping to close the gap.
- Led a cross-product redesign of workflow and terminology, pulling assessments, evidence requests, and control testing into one platform instead of three features that evolved separately.
- Run four active proof-of-concept engagements with audit and advisory firms, turning recurring patterns from discovery — evidence triage, approval hierarchies, PDF-heavy review — into roadmap priorities.
Carougen
Carougen turns a brand guide and a template image into a finished Instagram carousel. Next.js and Supabase on Vercel, Stripe for billing, credits-based pricing, and Meta-approved Instagram Business Login for publishing straight to a connected account.
The product insight came out of my own experiments. Describing a visual style in words gets you close and never right. Passing a reference image to the model and asking it to match gets you something you can actually publish. That difference is the whole product.
Built in four months alongside a full-time job, by running coding agents against a stack I know well enough to review.
First full-time employee and sole PM. 0 to 1 product ownership for AI audit workflows, from discovery through launch.
Built and ran a business from zero: customer research, offer development, positioning, pricing, marketing, sales, and the whole customer journey. Grew an Instagram audience past 44,000 and used client conversations and sales objections to sharpen the messaging and the paid offers.
The coaching work was behavior change, including hypnosis-based techniques for people managing chronic pain. Most of what I learned there was about motivation and trust: why people commit to something, and why they walk away from things that would have worked.
I spent two years working for myself. I came back to tech because I missed being on a team: a shared mission, and the structure of building toward it with other people.
Six years on Docs. Shipped user-facing features used by millions, including emoji reactions and emoji insertion in Docs. Ran adoption and collaboration experiments on comment mentions and inline suggestions, and worked on infrastructure migrations and performance for the commenting and suggestions systems. Interviewer and Hiring Champion, 2018 to 2022.
Co-authored the defensive publication Language Agnostic Code Highlighting in Word Processors, published through Google's IP team in 2022.
